The delivery was incredibly fast and the food was still hot from being prepared! The portion sizes are great and left my family of 3 full! 10/10 will order again!

When I arrived, the staff informed me my prepaid order had been given to another customer.
The manager promised the order would be replaced "soon," but the kitchen clearly prioritized new walk-in customers over correcting their mistake. I was forced to wait and watch as multiple people who ordered after my initial pickup time received their food first.
The failure to promptly address their error and the decision to prioritize new business over me, a waiting customer, is a clear sign of incredibly poor service management.

I received only 1 of the 2 egg rolls ordered. Also, restaurant did not provide the additional Pork Chashu that I purchased. This is the second time they have not included the extra meat paid for.
