The brisket in the 1 meat was tender and delicious but a bit too fatty for me and I like some in my brisket. The portions were huge.
The potato salad was very good. The Mac & Cheese had good flavor but the noodles were mush. The mashed potatoes were kind of bland.
The sausage had great flavor and the ribs too in the 3 meat.
Prices were excellent for the amount and quality. We will order again.

Everything was phenomenal!! The seasonings were so good, the smokes on the meats were perfect, and the portions were very generous in my opinion. The bbq sauce was amazing too, complimenting all the meats really well. He makes everything in house from the sides to the sauce and you can definitely tell. Speaking of the sides I was shocked at how good they were!! Easily the best mac and cheese I've had so far, it was so thick and cheesy. And the potato salad is exactly how I like it. Everything was just right, not too much or too little of anything. You can tell he uses quality meats and ingredients too, this was the first bbq places I've gone to that I don't feel weighed down and tired after getting full. I would highly recommend this place, a hidden gem in Elgin. Will definitely be back!!

This is not BBQ beef brisket. This is rubbery pork. Also, I ordered beans and did not recieve any.
