• 11/3/24The sushi looked so good I took a bite before I took the photos! The spicy crunchy roll is sooo perfectly crunchy and the Roll Combo A was plenty of sushi to fill me up :)

• 8/7/23very disappointed with the Saba Gari Roll (Maki) – disproportional: each of the 6 pieces were heavily STUFFED with ginger slices, the mackerel slices were extremely thin and small. The amount of ginger on the side was the same amount as inside the roll. The Price is cheaper than usual than the other Saba roll in the area AND you now know why. The order (online) was correct, fast, and early even when they were busy with in store dining and other orders.

• 1/2/26Today is New Year's Day, so I'll cut them some slack. Our go to sushi place was closed so we ordered from Akito based on the large number of 4+ star ratings. Garden salad - dressing was sweet, missing the vinegar balance, miso soup, was sweet, lacked depth of flavor, the seared pepper tuna was bland, the spicy crunchy tuna was bland, the hibachi shrimp was overcooked, the ginger chicken was just a big dish of grilled chicken sliced with a ton of ginger and onions. Maybe what you would find atop Oyaka dong, but just out of balance ingredient-wise, the shrimp tempura roll was also just bland. The gyoza and shumai were decent. We didn't bother putting anything in the fridge, we just dumped a ton of leftovers into the compost-bin :-(
