The Akira Volcano Ramen was SO delicious. The portion size was huge and the broth was so flavorful. The broth to noodle ratio was definitely perfect. The JAPANESE FRIED RICE was also full of flavor and again, a huge portion.

Simply the best ramen noodles to be found anywhere. Always quality, fresh ingredients and very flavorful bowl varieties. Carry out orders are always accurate. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite place to eat regularly. Oh, the sushi is also VERY good!

My family ordered 2 Tonkotsu Shoyu , 1 Akira Ramen and 1 Akira Volcano Ramen.
Noodles are thick and leans on the softer side. The broth is light, packed with flavor, and was not too salty - a huge plus as some ramen broths are wayyyy too packed with sodium.
The Akira Volcano Ramen had the chili paste on the side, which was great since I was able to customize the heat in my bowl.
With the amount of paste provided, the ramen was mild, not spicy. If you're looking for a spicier soup, I'd recommend asking for extra paste.
Overall, a pleasant meal and one my family would order again on our next visit to Baltimore!

I honestly love this place so much. I've never been in person but I order the volcano ramen and Thai tea consistently and I absolutely love them! It's amazing everytime and the workers always do an incredible job even though I usually have a lot of special requests. They've even written me a note saying they hope I enjoy my order with a smiley face :). Overall great food, great people, can't go wrong.

I had the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, it was decent for this cold weather! All ingredients were fresh. Skinny noodle isn't as skinny as I like, still better than the curly noodles. Their cooked sushi rolls were tasty.
