EVERYTHING was so good.
The Papa Special - truly lives up to its name. The potato was perfectly cooked and generously topped.
The whole chicken (juicy, great flavor)came with rice, tortillas and onion. *does not come with beans and I forgot to order*
Lemonade was fresh tasting and not too sweet
Both sauces are worth the price and each have a distinct taste that compliments the food. (Comes with three serving cups)

Im originally from Dallas, since moving to San Antonio, I've been struggling to find a Mexican restaurant that reminds me of the restaurant I grew up eating at.
I'm also a doordasher. Last week I picked up an order from this restaurant. The whole chicken and charro beans. The smell was so amazing I knew I had to try it for myself.
Tonight I finally did. I copied that customers order and got the Whole Chicken and Charro Beans along with the rice. Let me tel you I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. This was outstanding. My kids loved it, my husband loved it. It went beyond the expectations I already had.
The rice almost brought tears to my eyes, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It tasted like home. But to make it better, the charro beans were the best I've ever had in my life. The chicken was smoky and perfectly seasoned. The extra Corn Tortillas (8 count) were delicious and didn't fall apart.
1000/10. Will be coming back FREQUENTLY.

Fajitas were very tender and beans were season well. My only complaint is with the pico. It was 3/4 lettuce in the container and 1/4 the pico, if that. Not nearly enough for 1 lb. Of taco meat. I wo order again based on flavor.

The pineapple tres leches was not the best, was moist but didn't taste or look homemade and the frosting had an unusual flavor I thought was almost chemical or just like bad frosting idk how to describe. Don't feel it was worth the price, everything else was AMAZING
