I asked for a well done pizza an got a underdone wet floppy rag . Far cry from there. Restaurant in Wayne a for 30 bucks on DoorDash very disappointed. Will stick to Patelmos for now on always well done an perfect

First time ordering from here. Classic Cheese Pizza was good, but the mozzarella sticks were ruined due to the sauce not sealed securely during transit. The sauce got all over the mozzarella sticks. Others may like the sauce, but was not a fan of the sauce.

Second time ordering from Alessandro's and I'm not disappointed at all. First time was their white pizza this time was Pepperoni Pizza. The chewiness of the crust and flavor was consistent both times. This might be my new go to for pizza.

They didn't even start making one of my food items until I arrived, which was at the exact time it said it would be ready. They then took an additional 20 minutes to make the remaining food items. I was not offered a refund for the inconvenience - only offered a free $.99 bag of chips. Will not be returning.
