Extremely disappointing as I ordered a HSP and the chips were mainly frozen. Not cooked thoroughly and hard on the inside. The portion and taste is fantastic, I frequent the Croydon location but this is unacceptable. For $30 for 1 item, I'd expect better standards to ensure customers aren't served half frozen chips
