Baked chicken was okay- not tons of flavor but it was very moist! I almost got the bbq or fried chicken and chgd mmind last min- will def go wi/fried next time! Mac n chz and cabbage and cornbreadwere THE BOMB!! All in all this place has great home style food!!

I was very disappointed in the fact that I always order my pork chops over mashed potatoes because I don't like rice. My porkchops came over nothing this time. But, it tasted good. The red velvet cake is sooo yummy!

The fried chicken, cabbage, cornbread, and candied yams were delicious! Great Southern cooking for sure, and the red velvet cake will not disappoint. I will be back.

I ordered the smothered porkchops with rice with gravy and cabbage. it was not bad, but I swear the cooks must have an aversion to seasoning. The porkchops were nice and tender but everything was so bland and tasteless. Come on people use some salt and seasoning please.

1. Baked chicken was delicious as always.
2. Rutabagas delicious.
3. Cornbread good.
4. Pigs feet no flavor at all!!!
5. Mashed potatoes no flavor even with gravy!
6. As far as soul food goes they missed the mark! I really understand that we need less salt but we still enjoy flavor! Either I ordered the wrong day or the quality of the flavor has left this restaurant.
