The past couple orders we received the wrong soup. And also, a sandwich was substituted once. Apparently, they ran out and decided to substitute. The problem is, they don't ask first, and we received items we won't eat. We also ordered a double chocolate cupcake and received a peanut butter chocolate which could be bad if someone had allergies. We've ordered multiple times to support a small business but it's just happening too often now.
