The chicken katsu here is absolutely on point. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and sliced generously so every bite is satisfying. The breading has great flavor without being greasy, which really lets the chicken shine.
The macaroni salad is a great complement—creamy, slightly sweet, and classic in the best way. It balances out the crunch of the katsu nicely and feels homemade rather than an afterthought.
Portion size is very generous and easily filling. Overall, this is comforting, well-executed food that hits the spot. I’d definitely come back

The Portuguese sausage in the Portuguese Sausage Musubi was barely there! I have short nails and it was about the length of a short nail. It had A LOT of sauce, and that was pretty much all you could taste.
There were only 3 rolls in the egg roll order. The picture the business has posted makes you think there are more than 3 rolls in the order, and there aren't.
The taste of soy sauce overpowered the taste of the beef. The short ribs only tasted like soy sauce, and the Mac salad was more like mayo salad. There was more mayo than there was salad. I should have gone with my regular Hawaiian place. I will probably never order from this place again. I'm disappointed.

Really enjoy how the chicken katsu is lightly battered and cut into bite-sized pieces. The portion of sauce they provide is just right for the meat. I would definitely order this again!
