salmon and tune were fresh. the portion was more than enough. most importantly, everything tasted amazing

Yucky! There was way too much rice beneath all of the toppings, the rice and crunchy bits tasted burnt and were very hard to chew. Some of it didn't even pair well together leaving a terrible after taste. I don't recommend this.
