Absolutely perfect. Base isn't too thick but not thin & crispy either. Plenty of Pepperoni and great ratio of meat v cheese. Hint of spice but not overwhelming. Definitely my new favourite local.

The Carbonara was amazing as always, fresh and hit the spot! Garlic bread roll isn't the best, it ends up being really hard and tasteless, but they make up for it with the pasta being the main thing. Portion size was good, can make leftovers as you get full easily.

Really good value in the Deal 3, have been trying the independent pizza shops in the Redlands and this is the best so far.
Amazing base and quality ingredients.
Cooked well done but thats exactly how I like it. Definitely worth trying

Amalfi's is our go to! We have family Northside and always went to Murrumba Down Amalfis. When the Alex Hills one opened we were so excited and will never go elsewhere We ordered Pepperoni extra mushrooms, olives and bacon. The cabonara pasta is the best! And cabonara pizza is devine. Never disappointed 5/5
