This little spot is a hidden gem!! By far best vegetarian spot I have been too. The dish was sweet and tangy enjoying every bite. Seriously an amazing place that needs to be on your list to try vegetarian or not . You will be impressed by the taste and the love that goes it to the food. I will definitely recommend the place and will come back again. Five stars across the board!!

I had a wonderful experience with my order at American Jacks. The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful. I was visiting the area and was excited to find a vegetarian restaurant so close!
The American Jack Orange Sauce Bites were incredible and the American Jack Tacos were fresh and flavorful.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Olympia, local or visiting!

My experience at American Jacks Vegetarian Restaurant was outstanding the food truly stood out with its unique flavors and creative combinations. I ordered the American Jack wrap paired with the pineapple baked beans, and both exceeded my expectations. The wrap was hearty, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor, while the pineapple baked beans added a perfect balance of sweetness and comfort that made the meal even more enjoyable.
What I really appreciated is that the food doesn’t feel “limited” or boring just because it’s vegetarian. Even if you’re not vegetarian, you can come here and leave completely satisfied. The portions are generous, the quality of ingredients is evident, and the flavors are bold and memorable.
American Jacks proves that vegetarian food can be exciting, filling, and delicious. I would confidently recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try something different, enjoy a well-crafted meal, or simply support a place that takes pride in serving great food. I’ll definitely be returning and exploring more of the menu.

Best vegan fast food I have ever eaten! Langston was an amazing host! The portion was worth the money, food was freshly made and hot on arrival. It was so good that I ordered for my parents to be delivered to their home and for myself this time.
My nephews were begging for more tacos, bbq balls, and fries and they're the hardest meat eaters to please. That speaks volumes.
Love American Jacks and praying it becomes the vegan fast food chain it most deservingly qualifies to be.
10/10 recommend and I'm a picky eater. That also speaks volumes.

Absolutely amazing. The first time I had the eggrolls. The and the creamy sauce served with it was very delicious.
This time, I tried the wings and the Fries. The sweet and sour and the Louisiana style hot sauce was awesome! Lastly, the fried had the lemon pepper seasoning on them. Overall, it is a fantastic place to order. You will not be disappointed.
