We have been getting Amici's pizza for over a year now and two things stand out to me the most.
1. Their consistency. Every pizza is always fantastic.
2. Their pizzas aren't oily. I'm often amazed at how little oil is left over on the bottom of the pizza box.

The pizzas were not tasty because the chef did not add enough toppings. Crust was great but. Half the slices had no toppings and tasted bland. What is a pizza without toppings? And without taste? :(
