AMAZING PACKAGING!!! Seriously, I usually struggle with ramen places and their to go packaging. Food was hot, broth is separate from the noodles so you can heat up the broth if need be. Crab Rangoon is also amazing!!! Only thing that would make this perfect is sweetner options for the tea. Otherwise this place is 10/10 will be DoorDashing from here way more!

Miso Ramen with extra tofu is incredibly delicious! The best Ramen. I mean it as I am a Ramen snob. Also, Ampersand leaves handwritten thank you notes which tells me that they are grateful for their customers. It's an added touch that reinforces how awesome they are as chefs because of the way they treat their customers!

Always incredible I love it here. Great portions and so fresh also highly recommend the Crab Rangoon as an extra but we usually get the #1 best selling ramen! Have had the steam buns in person ... AMAZING

Ampersand is absolutely amazing and they package the food so carefully and well it always arrives hot. Bao buns are unreal. So much meat in whatever you order. The pork (in any dish) is sooo tender. We'll get it regularly now.

I enjoyed the Vegan rice bowl today. I always appreciate the quality packaging and fresh ingredients - as well as the great presentation. The base of the bowl (rice) was fresh and tender but with a bit of firmness. The tofu had a nice char on the outsides but was still tender and well marinated on the inside. All of the other veggies from the edemame, to the corn, and Brussels sprouts mix was delicious. The dish was fufiling and light I would definitely order again!
