I ate here in person and had the waffle which was amazing. I ordered again on doordash and got the chicken which was sooooo good, my yams and Mac also were on point . The banana pudding was perfect and big portion size . Also received all the proper condiments

first time trying, everything was gooood, loved the candied yams that hit the spot! The honey fried chicken I wish there was two pieces instead of one. My mom enjoyed the turkey wings, she wish it was made darker and had no gravy sauce. Banana pudding is also great - taste a citrus after taste

Would definitely order again or come in person to dine in

The food tasted very bland and doesn't seem fresh. I'm sure that the chicken was fried in old grease, and the Mac n cheese is dark and dry as if it's been sitting out all day. I wouldn't not recommend this place. The one in Harlem is much better, but this location is nowhere near comparable.

I've frequented their flagship location in Harlem for years; AR's is my favorite soulfood spot; it tastes like home. I'm thrilled that they've opened a location near my job.          You can't grown wrong with any item off the menu (everything is fresh, flavorful, well seasoned and amazing. However,  the fried catfish is so tender and delicious; it melts in your mouth. 10s across the board!

OMG, y'all there is an Amy Ruth's Downtown Restaurant on 14th Street in Lower Manhattan, New York City USA. Shout out to The staff tonight 12/14/24 9:50 PM.  My banana pudding with whipped cream is the real deal.  I will come visit the new location soon and write a full food review.  I haven't tasted my macaroni and cheese, but I'm sure it's excellent.
