The portion of this item is not sufficient. I had ordered a banana split that comes with three selected ice cream flavors as advertised in the store but only one was included. I have ordered this item before with no issue and have gotten the correct portions and flavors as ordered before. I do not see why all of sudden I am not given what is advertised or actually ordered?

Paid extra for sprinkles to be smashed in, but they send me sprinkles separately. The brownie was hard as a rock, even after I let it sit in the melted ice cream. It was extremely stale and very disappointing.

The most overrated, overpriced ice cream experience in Austin (which is saying a lot in this city): save yourself the trouble and grab a pint of your favorite ice cream/toppings from HEB if Amy's is your only other alternative.

I got a bunch of items to meet a promotional discount and requested it to be on the side so I could make it myself. A little annoying of a request I know, but I was impressed that Everything was as I requested and was delivered very quickly by door dash driver, Chris! Legit less than 25 mins from the time I placed order until it was at my door at 9:30-10 at night!
