• 8/29/24Only gave 4 stars bc I ordered a quart of ice cream and received crushins on the side of just two cookies. I paid $2.50 extra for a quart and expected proportionally more cookies than pint or cup sizes. Otherwise Mexican Vanilla is always delivous and satisfying

• 6/15/26I am floored by the packaging including a wee ice pack, and a little sealable freezer bag. Definitely worth the cost even before I knew that, but wow.

• 10/10/25I only have one star because I couldn't select no stars and provide this comment. I order a large and a small but received two smalls. I called store and was told they only have lids for smalls so customers that pay for a large only get a small. How is that ethical and why am I not able to get what I paid for? Poor business model!

• 6/5/26We love Amy's ice cream, however I would not order delivery. For some reason they are the only ice cream shop that has decided to pack your order completely deconstructed with each mix in on the side. We ordered for 5 people and yet two orders were missing ice cream. Just avoid.

• 6/14/26My delivery came in a small closed freezer bag with an ice pack. I am extremely impressed that they went out of their way to keep my ice cream cold. I will definitely order from them again!!
