The fish was perfect & the portion was great! All the sides were fresh & didn't taste reheated. The cabbage was so good & the potato salad was awesome. It was so much food I had the rest for lunch the next day. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food that I received. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I would definitely order again & again!

This was my second time ordering from this soul food spot in town, and they’ve officially earned a permanent place on my favorites list! The food arrived hot, fresh, and so full of flavor. I ordered the whiting fish with cabbage and green beans, plus an extra side of potato salad. The portions were generous, and everything was seasoned perfectly — just like true home-cooked soul food. Someone's seasoned grandmother has got to be in that kitchen.
I also ordered the lemon pound cake, but a very kind young man from the restaurant called to let me know they were out. Instead, he sent me their peach cobbler pound cake, and wow… it was absolutely out of this world! That thoughtful customer service and amazing food really set them apart.
If you’re looking for delicious soul food with great portions and excellent service, this is definitely the place to try. I’ll be ordering again soon!

Pork steak was a very generous portion but had too much breading and was way too salty. If you took breading off, pork was very flavorful but fried a little too hard.
Salmon bites were perfect and flavorful, so were the corn bites.
I will definitely purchase again.

Angelina’s Eatery doesn’t miss. I saw Lima beans on the menu this morning and ordered right away on DoorDash—called to confirm, and the young man who answered was polite and made sure everything was perfect. That kind of service stands out.
The food? Amazing. The Lima beans were rich and full of flavor, the fish arrived fresh, piping hot and perfectly seasoned, and the rice and gravy had that flawless, homemade texture.
Consistent quality, great prices, large portions and top-tier customer service every time. Angelina’s staff—keep doing your thing. I truly believe that this restaurant is the reason crime is down in Youngstown. People are eating good & don't have any time to be a criminal.
