Catfish pieces are tiny, Chicken is simply chicken strips. Macaroni and cheese order was not filled. For the prices charged, I am disappointed in the quality.

I submitted a review before, and thought that the picture of gumbo didn't show all the rice, so my mistake. However, the rest of my review was accurate. The gumbo was a few Tablespoons of gumbo and the rest rice. Paying over $11.00 for basically a cup of rice is not what I call fair. Maybe the restaurant is trying to save money, but I won't order this again, or order anything from a restaurant that does this.

So this place can be a bit pricy and because of that, I have tried other places. Their food is too good though! The Baby Back Ribs Entree has the perfect crisp and tenderness all in one. The Mac & Cheese, though sideways and messy when delivered, tasted amazing. It was seriously so delicious it had me contemplating more. Then the Beignets. Melt in my mouth goodness. I've tried other places but nothing beats this restaurant. Such good food.

You know some people give frivolous 5-star ratings, including me from time to time; this is not that. Memorable delivery meals are relatively rare for me; this is that. Everything was spectacular. Not just fried chicken but Buttermilk Fried Chicken. Not just hush puppies but perfectly-crunchy-on-the-outside-while-moist-yeah-I-said-perfectly-moist-on-the-inside Hush Puppies. I definitely needed the extra honey butter, so grateful they had that option. And not just pecan pie but Angeline's Pecan Pie with a generous serving of fresh whipped cream that miraculously held its loft for 24 hours. The fried chicken and hush puppies were enough. I couldn't fit the pecan pie in me until the next night. Can't wait to do it all again!
