Build Your Own Pizza
The crust texture was outstanding, you won't get anything like it in the area. The pizza was good but not great.
I felt it could have had a bit more flavor in all aspects, the crust was perfect but a bit flavorless, although I'll say it was the best part. The sauce was hard to detect which was the most dissapointing part for me. The cheese was ok but nothing to really talk about. I do appreciate them using boars head pepperoni but I also found it to be flavorless.
I ordered pineapple and jalapeños as well and the pineapple seemed fresh but was not very sweet and had a very hard texture. The jalapeños were ok but not my favorite.
As much as I am whining about details this is a solid 3.5/5 for me because it has so much potential. I wouldn't order again delivery but I might order a plain pepperoni fresh if I was dining in.
No hate Angelos but I think it needs some tweaking.
