Angie's Dumplings Bar serves up succulent dumplings bursting with flavour in a luxe Shanghai-themed bar. Choose from pan-fried or steamed options and a full menu of noodle soups and stir-frys.
We ordered the flat noodle prawn dumplings, the pork and chive dumplings and the beef flat noodles. All three were delicious. We will definitely be ordering all three again.

Had the 102. Pan-Fried Chicken & Mushroom Dumplings / 生煎雞肉飯 and 304. Chicken & Prawn Wonton in Chicken Soup with Seaweed /雞湯紫菜雲吞. Both were very doughy. Dumpling skin was chewy
114. Steamed Salted Egg Yolk Custard Bun / 流沙包 was a bit dry, small in size and had little filling.

Hi, I just wanted to provide some feedback regarding dish 405. Beef Fried Rice with Green Capsicum & Egg / 青椒牛肉炒飯. Unfortunately, it lacked seasoning and didn’t seem to have much flavor—I could smell the beef and capsicum, but it tasted quite plain, almost as if no salt or seasoning was added.
That said, the other dishes were lovely! I really enjoyed 110. Steamed Pork & Prawn Shao Mai(4 Pieces) / 鮮蝦豬肉燒賣 and the Fried Small Sesame Balls with Red Bean Paste (3 Pieces)—they were both delicious.
I was really looking forward to the beef fried rice as I was quite hungry, and the taste today seemed different from what I’ve had before. If someone could respond regarding this, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

braised tofu with minced pork does not come with minced pork... stir fried clams in spicy sauce is actually Sichuan sauce -- needs to be clearer. there's still sand in the clams. disappointed.
