By far the best local-owned coffee house in the area. Coffee is super roasty and dark, but also not burned like other chains can be. They also serve Sesame Donuts, which are one of my favs in Stumptown. Side note, if you come in through the back entrance, watch out for the demonic 1ft dog guarding the yellow Jeep, mean little bugger.

the peanut butter mocha was one of the best coffees I have ever had in my life! I will definitely be coming back for that. My breakfast burrito was cooked with tomatoes, making it extremely watery and bland in flavor. My sister's tuna sandwich was also bland and needed a lot of salt and pepper, and it had cilantro in it which is not a listed ingredient and we have a genetic aversion to, so would've ordered something different.

I've tried this place a couple times because of its proximity and been disappointed. the Belgian Waffle always seems riddled with burnt bits and the bagel had really wet scrambled eggs
