I received the XL white pizza which is my favorite! I also have ordered from here previously because they have great pizza. This pizza that I recieved was absolutely the worst pizza ive had from any restaurant. I am not sure if they ran out of ingredients or what but it was paper thin with maybe a smear of ricotta here and there. Im so disappointed because I love their pizza normally but this was NOT it. Very disappointed.

Store marked our pickup order ready, got yo the store and it wasn't even started. When it was ready, after 35 min. The wings were very over done and the pizza was dry. Poor quality food.

Crust was more well done than we've ever had, made it a chewy tough crust. The Caesar salad was wet and soggy and that was with no dressing, the dressing was in the side but the salad was chopped into little pieces it was a wet mess and we've never experienced that. Not sure whats going on but not a good experience and we've been ordering here for years.
