it wasn't cooked enough and it was cold ingredients just slid off the crust I've had there pizza before but I was really disappointed this time

I ordered a pizza that was expensive, I asked for no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. I added a bunch of toppings that I enjoy, but I'm very disappointed that they didn't put on any pizza sauce.
