I had never had birria ramen before but now I look forward to having it again. The caldo was absolutely delicious and the carne was super tender and full of flavor.

I was really THAT hungry, I just wanted a lil so to please my body's spirit. It was quite literally the PERFECT portion. A tortilla of MAYBE 4-4.5 inches. Therefore, it not like a full meal, but from how I'm feeling, it's absol filling.
ADVICE: if you plan on adding salsa to it, you be better off doing it per bite. I thought it was a smart move to open it & add it to the WHOLE thing. Well, I immediately regretted that. The melted cheese & carnitas is what hold both sides together. Since I sep it, it LOST THE "GLUE". Trust me. "If it ain't broken, don't fix it."
Otherwise, HOME RUN.
Also, I waited maybe 25 min. It was ordered, made & immediately delivered. That deserves MAJOR credit.

I would like to start with the packaging was not great. All my tacos were falling apart very soggy. I tried to air fry them, but they were still so soggy. The consume had no flavor. The corn didn't have enough mayo very bland all in all.

I got the 3 Birria rolls and Consome and the Mulita and consome
this was hands down thebest birria that I've ever had. that consume was good enough to drink by itself 10/10

Best birria ive found anywhere central Florida. You cannot go wrong ordering from this location. Always hot and fresh and the consume is 10/10 AMAZING!
