The Loaded Fries came in a container with no lid (what?!), so the fries were beyond cold and kind of yuck. For $13, it was unacceptable.
The InstaSwag Burger was delicious! Very flavorful and will be ordering again.

Just get a meal from Rally's/Checker's. Similar burger, better loaded fries, a quarter the cost. They also gave us our fries in a to go box the was torn in half? The bag was stapled closed but it was still odd.
tl;dr lackluster, needlessly expensive

The food was hot and they stapled the bag which I love especially having fries delivered lol. I wish the sandwiches were worth $15. Small patties and very similar to Steak and Shake. I like S&S better.

I love this place but when you pay $16 for a burger and get nothing but burnt ends no burger at all that's really frustrating. Literally had more pickles than the burger. Super burnt

Over cooked burger to the point of crunchy. Loaded fries were a soggy cold mess. Missing small fry and ranch from my order. Bag was nicely closed and stapled, with my receipt,... listing my missing items 🤷🏼♀️ totally overpriced for what I received.
