I was super pleased with my food and delivery. Food was cooked perfect and nice and warm.

The instructions and upcharges on my order were not followed. There was no chicken on the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and I'm not sure if the lettuce or the dressing tasted off. The tomato basil soup didn't come with croutons, even though that was an option that I selected. The crispy cheese bites had an option to change one sauce from the ranch to the spicy sauce, which I requested, but that looks to have been ignored as well. Otherwise, those were fine. The Grilled Chicken Tender Salad looks like it had a single small piece of grilled chicken diced up and plopped on top of the salad. I understand it was 10:15pm or so when I ordered, but that was just about the worst meal my partner and I have ever eaten.

Did not receive an item that I paid for and ordered. Only option was to get credit and not a refund which is ridiculous. The portion sizes were pathetic for the outrageous prices paid. I am completely disgusted with the entire order, the portion sizes for the amounts charged. I guarantee if I had dined-in, I would have gotten a full portion of french fries that were paid for a burger that wasn't haphazardly thrown together and a dessert that is pathetic. The ice cream was melted by the time I received it and the brownie portion was just a joke. Applebee's and DoorDash should be ashamed of themselves

The 6oz sirloin was bland and burnt on the outside. The brownie in the Brownie Bites was hard as a rock, I couldn't even bite it.

only complaint is onion rings are available with some items but cant be ordered as a side. makes no sense
