I ordered Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and 6 oz. Top Sirloin* with a House Side Salad . Items arrived hot and fresh per door dash very quickly. They didn't forget a thing and everything was very delicious! Their chef and cook staff are amazing! Thank you Applebee's for maintaining high quality--well worth it!

The food itself was alright. I wasn't a fan of the mac. It was more milky than cheesy. Then the ribs had more bone than meat on them. If you look at the last pic, that's the thickness of 3 ribs compared to a bone. They were so skinny in fact, it felt like the meat going over the top and bottom of the bone was skin and the sides were the only meat on the ribs. The rib meat was literally as thick as the bone itself. It was also tough and dry. It's a shame though because the flavor was all there. There just was no meat. This usually doesn't happen at other locations but this one was disappointing.

The fries were cold and under cooked the ribs wer old and the riblets they only sent one and a half and they were burnt

The Chicken Tenders Platter is probably sponsored by Tyson chicken tenders at your local grocery store, but somehow not as good and more expensive. The Southwest Chicken Bowl is always a winner in our household, the wife will never complain about that. The store gets a couple stars knocked off because they will cancel your order if you order specific things (loaded baked potato as a side being an example). They should probably remove those items if it's a problem for a customer to want it.

This is the third order in a row that they got wrong. I ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger without mushrooms or onions. Usually they put mushrooms and onions on it anyway. This time they sent it completely plain. Just a plain, dry burger. Come on!
