Last night, hubby and I celebrated the release of our song and video From the River to the West, and we decided on a cozy date night in with Applebee’s through DoorDash—and it was perfect.
One thing I really loved is that you can still order the 2 for $25 deal right on DoorDash, just like you would in person. That made it feel like we weren’t missing out on anything by staying in.
We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as our appetizer, and it was warm, creamy, and full of flavor. For entrées, I had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (with that Parmigiana twist), and it was so good—honestly, it gave me a mix of fettuccine and lasagna vibes in the best way. It also came with a delicious breadstick that completed the meal. We added brownie bites for each of us, and they were the perfect sweet ending to our night.
Everything arrived fresh, hot, and well-packaged. And the best part? The whole experience—including delivery and tip—was still under $50.
It was such a beautiful way to have a date.

Some of the best Ribs in town! I have tried many. Sizzlers is the worst. Claim Jumps also great like thesefrom Applebee's. Great Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs!

We paid extra for one of our steaks to be a 8oz but they were both 6oz. We also did both mashed potatoes to be loaded, but only one came in loaded. Both of these were an extra fee..!

The 2 for $26 deal was good! I liked that I could sub a veggie patty or grilled chicken breast in the burger. Packaging was good and secure so everything arrived fresh.
