I am writing this review to thank a staff member at Kent’s Restaurant.
There was some sort of mix-up or misunderstanding with preparing or packing my pickup order (not sure which), and parts of two meals were missing. So, I went back to the restaurant to check if the missing food was waiting for my return. I thought maybe the girl who packed the food had just forgotten to include everything.
The wonderful Mr. Favio greeted me at the door and immediately made sure everything was corrected and in a very short amount of time. I only wanted what I had paid for, but thanks to Mr. Favio, I ended up with some extra side dishes and a soup. Thank you again, Mr. Favio. I really appreciate your professionalism, your sincere apology, and the very fast resolution of this DoorDash pickup order.

I love Applebee's so five stars, but the burger and fries were far too salty. That's really not necessary. The cook needs to relax on the salt shaker.

the food was hot and in great condition. the French Onion Soup was not crunchy as it usually is and it was quite salty. everything else was perfect!
