A great meal. the steak was cooked just right, and very tender. The sides were also done just right. The load mashed potatoes, unlike so many other places, was full of the "loaded" and moist and tasty.

Absolutely FANTASTIC meal!! One of the best Doordash meals we've ever ordered! Everything was exactly as ordered - the pickle chips were delish! Steak Bourbon Street Steak* was perfectly cooked-the Ceasar Salads and both entrees of the 1 App + 2 Entrée Deal were perfect! 100% POSITIVE! thank you!!

Another great meal! A large, tender steak perfectly prepared! I ordered it rare, and it came just as I like it. The broccoli was warm, tender, and perfectly seasoned, and the mashed potatoes were thick, rich, and smooth. I am amazed and pleased at the quality and consistency.

one of my four orders of onion rings did not come. The ribs were incredibly dried out. They gave me a coleslaw that was about two tablespoons in this tiny little cup. it was a big disappointment for almost $94 worth of food

This 8 oz. Sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes has become my go-to meal, and I have never been disappointed...until tonight. The steak was slightly less in size, being roughly the same in length and width, but barely more than half in height, This thin size affected the cooking. I ordered it rare, and it was at one end medium, progressing to medium well, and at the other end, well (very well) done. It was dry, and frankly, not that tasty. The broccoli was over-seasoned, and the "signature" cole slaw was completely dry. There was a hint of the taste of the sauce (dressing?) but no moisture. The container holding the cole slaw should maybe be stirred/tossed occasionally during the evening. It was not a bad meal, excluding the dry slaw, but it was not nearly as good as it usually is. I guess that being a holiday (July 4th) the more senior members of the staff got the holiday off, and the less senior employees got stuck with the holiday shift. I will try again, and hope it is better in the future. I wonder, does anyone at the restaurant read these reviews?
