Always gives terrible lettuce that has to be mostly all picked out of each salad and there is always something missing

I ordered the 3 cheese Three-Cheese Chicken Penne. There is virtually no Alfredo or any kind of sauce. It tasted like noodles and grilled chicken. Highly disappointed.

I paid $36 for Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and did not receive shrimp or potatoes. The prices are too high to begin with, missing more than half of entree is totally Not Cool. Poor service.
