It took forever to arrive and when it did the food was cold.The horrible packaging job the did was amature. I ordered the NEW Sizzlin' Cookie Dough Pie which was okay in taste but set under my hot food, which melted the ice cream!
Chicken Alfredo I've hadt other locations and was great. This was bland, cold, needed lots of salt, and they set the bread stick on top of the food. It got soggy and was also bland.
I personally wouldn't recommend this location and I should have listened to the other reviews that mentioned the same things.
The only good thing was the portion size of the Chicken Alfredo .

Usually, Applebee's are pretty good about making good on the mixup on the order isn't freshness or the portion I would order it again yes but tonight it's like they're overdoing it. I don't know if they have new chefs in the kitchen and they're over blackening the shrimp and they're making it like too hard really overcooked and then they're not following the complete instructions which I asked for no Parmesan cheese and they put it anyway so that's a whole problem. That's to mention they tend to put the bread on top of the pasta inside the container where all the steam and moisture of the food can get all on the bread and then it makes it soggy so that's pretty lame that they don't separate it the way they used to, so I'm only assuming they're different people in there now and this is their style of doing thingsso the presentation in preparation is poor. I don't like it much at all. The portion was decent. that was the Parmesan cheese. This is not edible so it's kind of a huge waste.. I forgot the broccoli, but I know that they are good for acknowledging and rectifying when they have made it improper order and the freshness was good

Yummy Oriental Chicken Salad without the chicken. The garlic Breadstick (1) is my face - always need extra because one is not enough. Triple Cherry Shirley - 10/10 highly recommend.
