Applebee's in West Branch is a must for eating out!!! Their waitstaff are all very friendly, their service is excellent!!! The one down in Ann Arbor has awful food but up here in West Branch, their food is AMAZING!!! If your looking for a good place to eat that won't break your piggybank, definitely give them a try, you'll be happy you did!

Always love getting food here! We got bacon cheeseburger, (perfectly cooked!)
Chicken and shrimp, the chicken was done to my granny's standards (which are very high!)
And boneless wings are hard to mess up but they never fail to impress! 10/10!

Tex mex shrimp is spicy and you get a huge portion! I can eat a lot but I couldn't finish this! The fish and fries were perfect! The fish held its crisp nicely!

Crushingly disappointing. The "Riblets" were horribly overcooked to the point of being dry, flaky and crunchy on the edges. Almost inedible and "riblets" is a generous description of a cut full of bone flakes and splinters. Definitely a ripoff for the $28.00 I shelled out! Not the quality I'm used to from Applebee's! The cheese broccoli was mush. Suitable for pablum. The house salad was fresh and crispy, but I had to hunt for the miniscule serving of diced tomatoes I paid extra for! Minced tomatoes, not diced!
Overall, a bad enough, overpriced meal that makes me doubt I'll ever patronize them again. I rarely leave negative reviews but that meal was way over the top exceptionally unacceptable.

Me and my Fiance eat here almost every week, but sadly the cheese burger was burnt horribly bad and was extreme salty. I wanted it cooked completely, not charcoaled. I was not impressed concidering I spent over $20 on just one burger, I honestly would of expected better. Plus we both got a side order of Mac N Cheese, it was extreme firm oddly, I had to chop it up in order to eat it.
