normally Applebee's is fine but today they must have been shorthanded and ready to go home. the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger was fine, altho a tad over cooked and barely any mushroom. Bourbon Street Steak Skillet that was disappointing. I've had this before and it was much better before. the steak was the tiniest 8oz I've ever seen, I thought they had accidently tossed a burger patty in. ordered rare but serves hockey puck. onions and mushrooms where bland and soaked in oil. the garlic mashed potatoes wouldn't recognize garlic if it bit them on the butt.
then there was The Classic Combo . it would have been good if the spinach artichoke dip had actually made an appearance. that's literally the whole reason for ordering that. for $70 I'd expect slightly better product. lesson learned. no more Applebee's for us.

The oriental chicken salad was not worth the $17+ I paid for it. It was just lettuce mix, crunchy noodles, sliced almonds and a couple of chopped up chicken tenders. The passion fruit tea was not good either, it just tasted like unsweetened tea. My child did enjoy the bourbon street chicken and shrimp though, so thank you for that.

Chicken Wonton Tacos was amazing, fresh and different, the wonton tacos is a thin nacho chip layer not a puffy taco shell.
Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders was disgusting. The picture is in-accurate. The chicken strips are baby kids meal tenders no sauce like the picture, dry pasta, noodles overcooked made me feel like I was 6 eating a TV dinner. Breadsticks are shriveled up hard and not the same anymore. Never will eat here again.

Whiskey Bacon burger was huge and grilled just the way I like it. My wife's chicken Alfredo was enough for two meals for her. She said the French Onion soup was exactly how it was supposed to be made.
