Absolutely delicious! So good. Followed order notes. Chicken was so succulent and tasty. Only thing I would say is I wish the Vege tempura came separate to the soup so could add it yourself so it retains a little crispness but it was still amazing.

I absolutely love Arata!! their food is always so fresh and delicious.. Especially their Katsu Chicken Bento!! it is just the right size to fill me up completely :3 I order at least three times per week from Arata! I would highly recommend it c:

I'm a busy mama, mostly solo parenting and working full time. This place is my weekly 'go-to'. Affordable, consistent, delicious. Always fast and always hot. I absolutely love the Vege Tempura Udon and Agedashi Tofu but everything I have had there is always good. Thank you guys for the great food. It's the best japanese around.

The Katsu Chicken Bento was delicious and the fried chicken which came with it was unbelievably crispy!! I don't know how they managed to maintain the crispiness after being packaged and transported but it was amazing! all round great feed

could have done with more chicken in the Chicken Udon, was a little disapointed with how little there was as base amount.
otherwise very tasty.
really liked the Miso Soup and the Gyoza was nice but a little over priced for the contents.
