Frequent visitor of Arbys here! Thoroughly enjoyed the new Loaded Italian ! The Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.) were also cooked perfecty with a reasonable and satisfying cheese pull. 4 stars because the restaurant was out of chocolate Shamrock Farms® Low-Fat Chocolate Milk.

Arby makes a delicious burger, but they dropped the ball with the burger and fries 😞. The burger was very dry and old, the fries were hard and old.
I guess that's what I get for ordering so late in the evening. I will not give up on them.

Ordered cup of cheddar and it was missing from the bag. Very little cheddar sauce on Beef n cheddar sandwich. Fries were cold.

the shake was nothing but foam and the fries weren't in the bag all I got was a foamy shake and a burger
