• 4/12/25I ordered a large curly fries and what Igot was a large carton only filled hafway with what had to be the bottom of the barrel of curly fry bits then topped off with a few crinkle fries. This is unacceptable as we pay more for these items through door dash. Lately the service of ordering from them through door dash is horrible!

• 9/20/24Every was good but the cheese cups were pathetic. Not even half filled. When people want cheese cups to dip stuff in you should fill the to the top!

• 5/27/25The new brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were really small and skimpy. Nothing like as advertised. A little disappointing. Why are there only small orders of fries? We would have liked larges.

• 10/11/25Asked for no pickles on the sandwich and there were pickles. Also paid $4 extra on door dash to make it a combo and then an additional $1.44 to add fries and didn't get the fries.
