The Double Roast Beef with arby's and horsey sauce was great and so were the Jalapeño Bites® (5 ea.) but the price was amazing! Getting again!

the Roast Beef Gyro is one of my favorite things to get from here. it's a big sandwhich and is cheaper than a lot of their other menu items. the Crinkle Fries (Medium) fries could have been fresher but regardless I will order again.

The beef and cheddars are always sloppy and weird. and when you get curly fries, they're never filled to the top. it doesn't feel very good ordering online and paying all that money to get a poor product.

Curly Fries (Large) were cold, way over-fried & appeared to be all the 'rejects' that would've been thrown away. They weren't curly, some looked like burnt sticks & they were hard as rocks. The slider was so small my tiny 5 yr old finished it in just 1 & 1/2 little bites! The container of the au ju for dipping the Classic French Dip & Swiss did not have the top on right & therefore emptied out in the bag, leaving us with just a soggy bag & nothing to dip the sandwich in!! One main reason we ordered Arby's was to enjoy the sandwiches WITH the famous Arby's sauce, yet the restaurant did NOT enclose ANY of 6 Arby's Sauce Packets which we SPECIFICALLY asked for!! It's not an Arby's beef sandwich WITHOUT their special sauce!! Unfortunately, we all had to eat dry sandwiches! The order was delivered so it's not like we could've walked up to the counter to ask for the sauce packets. We were stuck with what the restaurant had delivered to our home. We won't be back because nobody should have to pay almost $60 for cold, DRY & lacking flavor beef sandwiches. We're sorry but it was a very disappointing meal.

the only thing good about the meal was the Crinkle Fries (Medium) they were still warm and salted perfectly. the roast beef on the Classic French Dip & Swiss was so dry and clearly not fresh! the edges of the meat almost looked burnt and it was put together very sloppy. don't order from here if they are closing soon.
