The milkshake I got is much bigger than the ones I've had from other places and for the price it's very good.

I usually like Arby's and they usually do well but they dropped the ball this time. The food was packed in the bag in a fashion that two of the three sandwiches were squished. The fried Mac n Cheese bites only came with three bites. The oil they used must have been old because the fries and Mac bites were much darker than they really should have been, they looked almost burnt. And we did get a cheese sauce we ordered but the container was barely filled with cheese and we got none of the rest of the sauces we requested. Just a mediocre experience. They can do better.

The Reuben sandwich meat was nothing but a big piece of fat all the way through I only got about 1/4 of the meat that the sandwich should have that was edible. The French dip Royal was sopping wet it appears The uncaramelized onions might have been the culprit to soak all the bread with fluid. The sandwiches identified as having caramelized onions which are brown and what was included were a bunch of white translucent onions that were I'm assuming full of fluid. both sandwiches for not edible. The three potato cakes were divine.

it's rare but they got everything that I ordered. the roast beef is always sliced thin and tender. favorite is the beef and cheddar, my daughter always gets roast beef with Swiss. they actually still had the cherry turnover I asked for but this time it was delivered. very good meal.

Everything was overcooked. I 've eaten Arbies curly fries for years. These were too hard and dark from being in the fryer too long. The sandwich was ok but nothing great. Even the milkshake was thin and watery. Very disappointed and I won't be ordering again.
