• 5/12/23while the roast beef gyro was surprisingly delicious, it and the fries arrived as cold as the soda, even though it only took 4 minutes to arrive after pickup, suggesting that they were not made fresh.

• 7/19/22No apple turnover, I had 2 orders of nacho cheese and they gave me 2 tablespoons of cheese for 2 large orders of fries. Ordered curly fries and didn't get those. The chicken was over cooked, definitely not their best. Very disappointed.

• 10/13/25Cold food, missing items, improperly prepared sandwiches! Absolutely horrible. I didn't pay attention to the location when ordering and that was my mistake. This location exists only because of it's proximity to the hospital. Which given the food temps might be a good idea. Its always good to be close to an E.R. when consuming bad food. So ice cold (a little hyperbole, but not much), A French dip with no Au Jus and cold roast beef sandwiches that are also somehow dried into a jerky-like substance. I did get 15 packets of Horsey sauce, 25 packets of Arby's sauce, and 4 ketchup packets. Let's break this down... No Horsey sauce was requested. There are two fries (which are regular when large was ordered but not a big deal because of the aforementioned frigidity issues), a total of two sandwiches (excluding the French dip) that might take any type of sauce. This smacks of complete incompetence, shocking indifference or perhaps the magical combination of both. Avoid this place at all costs.

• 12/21/22The Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was terrible. Cold and missing ingredients, like the fried onions, off the sandwich. Had 4 slices of the thinnest meat. The poppers and fries were also cold. The driver picked up quickly and dropped of ontime. Restaurant didn't give me fresh food, just stale cold items.

• 7/30/26Please do not expect this "cheesesteak" to taste one bit authentic. Whatever cheese they use tastes like the fake stuff pumped out on nacho chips at the ball game. Took 2 bites and tossed it.
