They gave me 7 chicken tenders instead of 5. Bless their hearts!!! I appreciated that! And the shake was amazing as usual!!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu is my go-to and this Arbys always delivers on freshness and taste!Ham & Swiss Melt Crinkle Fries (Large)  were fresh and great as wel! Will always order again.

Poor value for high prices. Brisket was dry. Also 2nd time they've not put crisped onions on sandwich as described. Other 2 sandwiches tasted great; rye bread was fresh.

Their shake machine was down and we utilize DoorDash, there were some miscommunication at the drive-through window. We drove around, had a conversation substituted what we needed, and the manager gave us an extra sandwich, which is fine with me and that was great. It was just communicating and being great human beings and making things right within the situation.
