Although the quality of the food was fine, this particular Arby's is inconsistent with following instructions on orders even when no custom options/instructions apply.
The Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich has a choice of a sweet or spicy sauce. I chose sweet and received no sauce at all. In addition, the Classic French Dip & Swiss was missing the Au Jaus sauce despite it clearly being listed on the order; this isn't the first time this has happened when using this Arby's store either.
The S. Cumberland Arby's is obviously the better one; so, until DoorDash starts using that one, I discontinue getting Arby's from them and get my Arby's fix from the store I already know will provide more competent service.

This will be my last time ordering from Arby's. This is the second time I've ordered their Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was so old and overcooked it wasn't edible. The fries are also always old. The amount that you pay and the quality you get is sad.

You'd think when you pay $3 for a large fry you'd get more than half a fry box full.
They did the same on the medium.
No excuse for that.
