The fries were cold even though I paid $2.99 extra for direct delivery. Missing drink and missing Arby's sauce for sandwhich so paid $18 for a dry roast beef

It would have been nice had the curly fries not tasted like they had been sitting out since last night. I get it that it's fast food, but serving hot food isn't asking for too much
