Got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal and I can say this was the best chicken sandwich I had in a while not kidding. The curly fries came crispy which I love. I've been sleeping on Arby's and this meal woke me up, lol !

Sandwich exceeded expectations. First time I tried the fries with the horse sauce and the pairing was great. Good size for lunch. I could tell that everything was prepared fresh. I would place the same order again.

My food was cold and the sandwich was made like it was just thrown in the bun there was barely any cheese on my sandwich and I doubt it was even a half pound it was more like a double. My soda was watered down and and the fries were overcooked and undercooked at the same time. I doubt I will be ordering from her again.

So this was my very 1st time having Arby's ever! The Deluxe Burger wasn't fully cooked. Like I was only able to eat the outside perimeter because the entire center was Raw! The curly fries I had tasted burnt. It just wasn't a good experience.

today, i only give it 3 stars generously because normally i love arbys, but today was the worst. First, they messed up my order, and i had to drive over there. they gave me another one, but when i went to take a bite of my Double Beef 'n Cheddar, i found the roast beef was very different. it was so tough that i had trouble chewing it and taking a bite that was the worst meat they have ever used
