Ordered a large curly fry they filled half of the fry container up with my sauces because they didn't have enough fries to fill the container

Why ask the customer what sauce(s) they want if you're not going to send them anyway? The beef and cheddar was awesome, the curly fries are amazing, but when you get them without the sauce you've asked for, it just kills the whole meal. Very unfortunate. I worked fast food for years and I know it's exhausting, but it's small differences like that which make or break a meal, especially if it's delivery and the customer isn't there to double check before they leave. The next time I want fast food and think Arby's, then remember they don't send the sauces, do you think I'm going to order?
