The arepa is a flat, round, unleavened patty of soaked, maize flour it can be grilled, baked, fried, filling varieties can be added with combinations of ingredients like beans, meat, avocados, eggs, tomatoes and salad.

Fried arepa, lettuce, tomatoes, ham shredded, white cheese, boiled egg, mayo, ketchup, garlic sauce, guasacaca sauce, and your favorite flavor.

Made with fried plantains, crispy and golden, filled with a generous layer of ultra-savory (shredded beef or chicken or pork leg or black roast) with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, shredded ham, white cheese, avocado and dressed with mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic sauce and guasacaca.

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cachapas are sweet and savory corn pancakes, a traditional street food in Venezuela. It is usually eaten with special cheese. (Fresh Venezuelan queso de mano), or simply butter, can be filled with queso de mano and ham, shredded beef, chicken or served with chicharrón and natilla (cream).
