Calling this place an "authentic Italian restaurant" is an insult to Italians. The meatballs were the bagged frozen meatballs from Walmart. The mushrooms were tiny. The pizza was little Caesar's quality and the spaghetti sauce was definitely not like any spaghetti sauce I had ever tasted

“Worst experience. The chicken was shockingly tough—really, unbelievably tough—and the texture was horrible. I honestly don’t understand how a restaurant can serve chicken like that. The lasagna was just as disappointing, it tasted terrible, and the sauce was way too acidic, making the whole dish unpleasant. I paid good money expecting something enjoyable and instead got food I regret ordering. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. One star only because zero isn’t an option.”

The spaghetti and meatballs with added grilled chicken, unfortunately, was not good. The spaghetti was tasteless and mushy, and the tomato sauce was pretty bad. The grilled chicken was dry and bland, and the meatballs tasted prepackaged and frozen, mushy.
The garlic bread was good.

i paid for extra basil and i don't think it was included on the pizza. Plus the pizza box was not temper proof
