We are a family-owned and operated Creole Cajun restaurant selling New Orleans-styled dishes. We like to say we are bringing New Orleans to central Texas one meal at a time.
I got my normal Jambalaya and two catfish. This time my order came from Union Grove. Usually it comes from union Hall. The jambalaya was packaged differently seems like less for the same amount. I do like the new option on if I can make it spicy or non spicy. I like it way better without the spice.
Every time i get the fish it is fried different. Today it seem like it was fried with flour and just a little cornmeal. The last time I had a more cornmeal breading than flour, but it was still flavorful just a different texture.

3rd visit and consistently superior. Prices are very reasonable and portions are massive. Have ordered Catfish Fillet, Loaded Fried Chicken Potato. Fried Jumbo Fried Shrimp(5), and Gumbo. Food is fresh and hot when delivered. Quick delivery time through Door Dash.

We got the loaded seafood potato and, for what we paid, it was MORE THAN WORTH it! The flavors and all the contents, including the crab cake (which is my fav) was cooked perfectly! Nothing tasted frozen or pulled out of a freezer, everything was fresh and delicious! I'd absolutely come here again and recommend to all my peers!

The Blackened Chicken Pasta was nowhere near blackened. It didn't have an ounce of seasoning on it. The Seafood Bayou Pasta was mediocre and the portion was so dang small. If I'm paying over $20 for a bowl of pasta, I expect to be full afterwards. I will say the Hush Puppies(6) were amazing. The only thing I actually enjoyed. Can't say I'll order from here again.

Wow super impressed!!! Our food arrived still hot and absolutely delicious. I got the Build Your Own Bag and my husband got the Seafood Basket. Spice level was on point and the Hush Puppies(8) best i've ever had. did not taste of oil or like they were fried in the same cooking oil as the fish. Great job and will for sure be a repeat customer!
